Agreement
Deadsimple is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is governed by these Terms of Use, the App Store rules, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Premium Purchases
- Monthly and yearly plans: Premium subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Free trials: If a plan includes a free trial, you are charged only after the trial ends unless you cancel before renewal.
- Lifetime access: Lifetime Premium is a one-time non-consumable purchase billed through the App Store.
- Manage and cancel: You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your App Store account settings on your device.
- Restore purchases: If you reinstall Deadsimple or switch devices, use the in-app Restore Purchases action to recover eligible purchases.
Availability
We may update, improve, or discontinue app features over time. Some features rely on Apple services, network connectivity, iCloud availability, or our backend providers, so availability can vary by device, region, or service status.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Deadsimple, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use the app in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.
Privacy
Your use of Deadsimple is also subject to the Deadsimple Privacy Policy, which explains how local data, iCloud sync, shared-list records, and AI parsing are handled.
